All About Laura

I've always loved singing but when I went to my first Kundalini yoga class in 2016 and everyone started chanting I knew I had found the very best way of using my voice. Having completed my 200hrs Yoga Alliance Professional accredited training, I've now experienced a range of yoga styles and I'm so excited to share Mantra & Movement with you. Whatever is happening - and with a fulltime job, two teenagers and a Bassett hound there's usually something! - in yoga I can find my voice, my true self beyond any judgement, and an acceptance of my body and all that it can do. So yes, I really believe yoga can make you feel good!
