What if I'm not a good singer?

No problem mantra isn't about the sound you make, it's all about the vibration! Just by going inside and really feeling the mantra you'll be creating and sharing something beautiful.

What if I'm not very bendy?

You don't need to be, yoga is all about listening to your body and feeling what it wants to do - not what your mind, or anyone else, says it should do. Over time, you may find your body actually enjoys moving differently. There's only one way to find out!   

What do I need to wear?

Anything you feel comfortable in and that allows your body to move freely. Layers are a great idea as you may feel warmer as we enter the movement section of our class. You don't need to wear trainers as we practice yoga barefoot but do bring a pair of cosy socks for when we are relaxing.

What do I need to bring?

For classes at The Community Centre, mats and bolsters are provided but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. A water bottle and snuggly blanket are all you will need.
